What's new:

  • An Optional Choice at Sign-Up: Choose whether you want product updates when you create an account

  • Separate from Essential Messages: Your product-update preference does not change class, billing, invitation, or other account messages

Change Your Password from Your Profile

You can now update your Veronics password directly from your profile whenever you need to refresh your account security.

What's new:

  • A Dedicated Password Page: Open Change Password from your profile to securely enter your current and new password
  • Clear Guidance and Confirmation: The form explains password requirements, checks that both new-password entries match, and confirms when the change succeeds

Share a Branded Organization Homepage

Organizations with a Veronics site address now have a public, branded homepage where visitors can learn about them and take the next step.

What's new:

  • Set Up Your Site in Settings: Organization administrators can choose a site subdomain and enable the public site from Organization Settings
  • Your Organization at Its Own Address: Visitors can open your organization’s Veronics site directly without first finding the main app
  • Branding Up Front: Your cover image, logo, and organization name create a clear first impression
  • Clear Next Steps: Available actions such as applying or enrolling are easy for visitors to find

Let Children Receive Class Updates

Parents can now add and verify an email address for each child, so class updates can go directly to the right inbox.

  • Add an Email for Each Child: Manage a child’s email address from your family profile
  • Verified Before Delivery: Class updates are sent only after the address has been confirmed, helping keep notifications private
  • Easy to Keep Current: Replace, remove, or resend the confirmation for an address whenever needed

Manage Class Days Within Semester Settings

Organization administrators can now manage a semester’s class days alongside its other settings.

Teachers now have each student’s date of birth readily available when they are preparing for class.
